How to Clean Hengwang Loader Components for Optimal Performance

Date: Jun 05, 2025

Hengwang loader parts are essential components that ensure smooth operations. However, they are prone to oil contamination during use or replacement.

To maintain these parts in top condition, follow these cleaning best practices:

  • Regular Oil Filter Maintenance – Inspect and replace oil filters every 500 hours or three months.

  • Clean Pump Inlet Filters – Periodically flush the oil pump’s inlet filters to prevent clogging.

  • Check Hydraulic Oil Quality – Detect contamination by assessing oil odor; a sour smell indicates degradation.

  • Fix System Leaks – Repair any leaks to prevent external contaminants from entering.

  • Secure Openings – Ensure no foreign particles enter through tank vents, filter seals, or return line gaskets.

  • Flush Servo Valves (If Applicable) – Use a flushing plate to circulate oil back to the tank, filtering out particles. Inspect filters every 1–2 hours and replace them if clogged.

The cleaning frequency depends on usage intensity—more frequent operation requires shorter intervals. Regular maintenance not only prevents breakdowns but also helps detect issues early.
